The double bed was actualy 2 single bed put together. You could feel the division between the 2 beds.

The room I stayed in was spacious, quiet, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, including an omelette station, which was a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel was convenient, being just a short walk away from the São Joaquim metro station, allowing easy access to other parts of the city. Stayed for one night before taking bus out of town. Right beside a metro stop, which is very convenient, and right in the middle of the Liberdade neighborhood, which is worth checking out. Very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast does the job, rooftop pool for relaxing with a decent view of the city. Room was comfortable, clean and complete.

Nothing bad about the hotel specifically, except I would not recommend staying in the area for more than a couple nights. Jardins neighborhoods are much nicer.

Very good, clean hotel with excellent breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Perfect location with easy access to metro system and in walking distance to city center (app. 15 - 20 minutes relaxed walking).

The hotel had great amenities and the breakfast was enjoyable. the pool area was beautiful and relaxing, which made it a perfect area to spend during the New Year. the location was also convenient as it was near to popular areas and transportation services.

The internet connection was quite weak and couldn't handle streaming which was disappointing. the noise from the air conditioner and rooms next-door could be heard which affected the quality of sleep.

We had a very comfortable room which was well furnished and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent, with many wait staff attending to every need. Desk staff assisted us with suggestions for restaurants and onward travel. We loved the location near the Liberdade Japanese quarter and close to the Metro. An easy walk down Ave Liberdade to Praca Se.
